When Tony Ardizzone dove into the rental real estate market, he caused an $82 million splash. Starting in construction in 1959, Indianapolis based Ardizzone Enterprises became a market-leading construction company, solely focused on servicing multi-family housing operators. However, Tony's vision was always much bigger than just construction. He saw the benefit Ardizzone Enterprises gave to apartment operators and when the time was right he made his move into apartment ownership. His purchase consisted of 5 communities totaling nearly 1,900 apartment homes. Today, "Ardizzone" is on its third generation of leadership, has nearly doubled in size, and has plans for much more. Ardizzone Enterprises is still a key player in the success of TAG communities and current management still operates with same values Tony instilled long ago.
