Community Management

The community manager is fully accountable for all property operations. The purpose of your position is to effectively coordinate the development, talent and activities of on-site employees along with available company resources in order to meet your primary objective of increasing revenue and controlling expenses.

Leasing

The Leasing Consultant has a measurable impact on the business by securing new and renewal leases. Your day will be packed with various resident interactions—everything from providing tours to prospective residents, qualifying them financially, and preparing and executing the lease documents. You will also play an important role in customer satisfaction and resident retention, working closely with our Service Team to ensure on-time delivery of units for move-in and prompt response to repair requests.

Maintenance & Service

The Maintenance Technician is accountable for property maintenance. Your day will be busy working collaboratively with your teammates to provide professional and timely response to various service requests and “punching” vacant units to make them ready for new resident move in. You’ll also help ensure high resident satisfaction and new and renewal lease generation through your work by assisting with overall appearance of the grounds, timely snow removal, and safe and healthy swimming pool conditions, fast and effective response to requests for service and repair, etc..
